Eden Academy Trust

Tenders

The Directors of Eden Academy Trust are opening a tender for the supply of Catering Services for the Schools within the Trust.

Stranton Primary School, Hartlepool

Eskdale Academy, Hartlepool

Jesmond Gardens Primary, Hartlepool

Bluebell Meadow Primary, Trimdon Village

Fishburn Primary School, Fishburn

The five Trust schools currently have their catering services outsourced to two different providers.  The latest school to join the Trust is still with the same provider it was under the LA.  As a trust we are looking to continue or further improve the quality of meals served to our pupils in the most cost-effective format as possible.

The current contracts are due to expire on 31st August 2025.   As a Trust we want to continue to make use of economies of scale and ideally would like to supply the catering one umbrella.   Therefore, unless Directors see a reason why not we are hoping to award the five catering contracts to one supplier.

Further information if you are interested can be sent out at a later date, to include details of meals provided, pupil numbers, staffing structures/numbers and any other information requested.

Further information can be requested from Kirsty Whitehouse by emailing her cfo@edenacademytrust.co.uk
