Bluebell Meadow Primary School

Bluebell Meadow Primary School is an average sized primary school serving Trimdon Village on the outskirts of County Durham.

Bluebell Meadow Primary was the most recent school to join the Trust – becoming part of the Eden family of Schools in 2019. A School recently placed into special measures just months before joining, the School has undergone a huge transformation and has very quickly become a School the village can once again be proud of. 

The Trust has managed to secure capital grants to vastly improve the learning environment whilst making rapid improvements to the quality of teaching, learning, behaviour and pastoral care. Parents, staff and pupils have all praised the Trust for the difference that has been made in such a short period of time; and everybody is now excited about the journey ahead.

OFSTED rated Bluebell Meadow, Good with Outstanding Features in June 2023.
